Seville will be able to enjoy a circuit that last year brought together more than 1,000 players and was nominated for Best Amateur Circuit of the Year at the World Padel Awards, organized annually by Pádel Spain.

Inspired by the team competition promoted by the Hexagon Cup , each team participating in the Seville event will be composed of a minimum of six players, forming three pairs per knockout round. Each team is also guaranteed to compete in at least two knockout rounds.

The tournament will be held at the Iconic Sports & Social , a club inaugurated last May and featuring 15 padel courts—12 of them indoors and 3 outdoors—a state-of-the-art 4,000 m² facility in the city of Seville.

The championship will feature two men’s and two women’s categories, in which teams will compete to be crowned champions and qualify for a spot in the final round in Mallorca, at the Rafa Nadal Academy, next December.

Throughout this year, the Rafa Nadal Academy Pádel Tour by The Adecco Group 2025 has already toured Santander , Madrid , Barcelona , and Estepona . After the Seville event, the circuit will travel to Valencia and Gijón , culminating in the final event in Manacor . In parallel, this year’s international expansion has begun with a Tour that also visits six cities in Italy. Both circuits will converge in the grand final, which will be held in December at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca.

The Challenge consisted of 4 matches: a duel between Next Gen owners and players (1 point), a women’s match (2 points), a men’s match (2 points), and a mixed match (4 points).

The KRÜ Pádel by Táktika team (owned by Kun Agüero and Leo Messi) was made up of Fede Chingotto (Number 4 in the world ranking), Claudia Jensen (Number 12), Marina Lobo (Nex Gen player), Rafa Luque and Edu Conde (owner).

The Rafa Nadal Academy Team Powered by Richard Mille featured Franco Stupaczuck (World No. 5), Martita Ortega (World No. 7), Ramiro Moyano, Noa Cánovas (Next Gen player), and Maribel Nadal. Also present was Carlos Pozzoni, one of the team’s coaches.

KRÜ Pádel started by winning the first two duels with victories for Marina Lobo and Edu Conde over Noa Cánovas and Maribel Nadal and for Claudia Jensen and Marina Lobo over Martita Ortega and Noa Cánovas. Franco Stupaczuck and Ramiro Moyano then defeated Fede Chingotto and Rafa Luque, so the overall result was in the hands of the mixed duel. In a fun and exciting match, Martita Ortega and Franco Stupaczuck defeated Fede Chingotto and Claudia Jensen to give the final victory to the Rafa Nadal Academy Team Powered by Richard Mille, who received the Challenge Champion trophy from Sergio Lewin, Managing Director of the Hexagon Cup. The women’s and men’s MVP trophies were also presented to Marina Lobo and Franco Stupaczuck, as they both achieved two victories for their respective teams.

Despite last night’s adverse weather conditions, all the players emphasized the organizational success of an event that has served to boost padel in Mallorca and serves as a prelude to the second edition of the Hexagon Cup, in which KRÜ Pádel will debut and where the Rafa Nadal Academy Team hopes to improve on last year’s third-place finish. For the third consecutive year, the Spanish Padel Federation’s Technical Training Campus for players aged 12 to 18 was held at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca. This training camp is aimed at players seeking a high-performance experience with padel training tailored to their level.

The Junior Padel Camp kicked off in Manacor on August 11th, with players from up to eight different nationalities: Mexico, Venezuela, Denmark, Belgium, Italy, France, Germany, and Spain. All participants trained under the guidance of coaches from the Rafa Nadal Academy, the Padel Federation of the Balearic Islands, and the Spanish Padel Federation (FEP): María Castañeda, Toni Méndez, Adrián Vidal, Guillem Vives, Javi Navas, Renzo Meneses, and Oriol Moyes, the national youth coach, along with Idoia Martín and Javi Sánchez from the FEP youth team coaching staff.

“We’ve had two spectacular weeks at the Rafa Nadal Academy,” said Oriol Moyes. “The growth compared to last year has been remarkable, with the number of players increasing from 42 to 60, which is why a second session was introduced during the two weeks of training.” “During this last week, the players had the opportunity to see Rafa Nadal, as well as Marin Cilic, the US Open champion,” continued Moyes, the national youth coach.

During this camp, the young players participated in various activities both inside and outside the academy: on-court training, physical preparation, paddle surfing, boat trips, museum visits, team-building games, and more. On July 13 and 14, Marbella will be the city in charge of hosting the fourth round of the Rafa Nadal Padel Tour by The Adecco Group, a new amateur paddle tennis circuit that combines sport, leisure, fun and values.

The tournament will be held at the Nueva Alcántara Club (NAC), one of the reference facilities in the province of Málaga. A total of 32 teams of 6 players, divided into 4 categories (two men’s and two women’s) will fight to win a tournament that has already passed through Santander and Madrid, and will soon also visit Valladolid, Alicante and Barcelona. The winners in Malaga will be eligible to get a ticket for the final event that will be held in December at the Rafa Nadal Academy facilities in Mallorca.

During the Marbella event, each team will compete in a minimum of two heats and all participants will be able to enjoy the numerous activities scheduled during the course of the event. The epicenter of the weekend will take place on Saturday afternoon with the Mahou Musical Evening and with the numerous activations organized by Babolat within the Nueva Alcántara Club (NAC) courts.

The presentation of the circuit was given by Maribel Nadal, Deputy General Director of the Rafa Nadal Aacdemy by Movistar , who was accompanied by players from the professional padel circuit such as Martita Ortega and Coki Nieto . Maribel has been very excited about this announcement: “We have been working on this project for many months, which makes us especially excited. Paddle tennis has a very important implementation within our facilities and we are excited to be able to transmit our values ​​on this circuit, which will have the excitement of paddle tennis and the passion of team sport.”.
